Brazilian Butt Lift

BRAZILIAN BUTTOCK LIFT (BBL)

Brazilian buttock lift, also known as BBL, is a surgical procedure aimed at giving women a more lifted, rounder, and fuller buttock shape. Excess fat cells in certain areas of the body such as the back, hips, abdomen, thighs, arms, and waist are removed through liposuction, processed, and then injected into the buttocks at different depths to achieve the most natural results possible. With this aesthetic operation performed using the individual's own fat, women can have a more attractive and fuller buttock appearance.

Why Does the Buttock Flatten?
There are two main factors that determine the shape of the body: firstly, the anatomy one is born with, which depends on genetic factors, and secondly, the shape the body takes over the years due to lifestyle. If the structure of the hips is naturally small and no exercise is done, and if you have to work in a sitting position constantly, flattening of the buttocks is inevitable, but it is also possible to enlarge and shape the buttocks with regular exercise. Common reasons for buttock flattening include:

Weight loss.
Genetic structure.
Postpartum sagging.
Years of working in a sedentary, desk-bound job.
Sedentary lifestyle.
Anatomical structure.
Nutrition.
How Is the Brazilian Buttock Lift Surgery Performed?
The first step is the removal of fat from the hips, waist, thighs, abdomen, or other areas through liposuction. The extracted fat is purified and prepared for transfer. This fat obtained through liposuction is then transferred to the buttocks, allowing the desired appearance to be achieved. This way, while the fat in the abdomen and thigh areas decreases, slimming and buttock aesthetics together give the body a nice shape. Not all of the transferred fat will remain in the area, as some of it will dissolve. For this reason, many surgeons take into account this dissolution rate and inject a slightly larger amount of fat than necessary. The duration of this operation may vary depending on the individual and can last approximately 2-3 hours. It is performed under general anesthesia.

Recovery Process After Brazilian Buttock Lift Surgery
